This production line is specialized equipment for manufacturing straight seam welded pipes used in metallurgy, petroleum, construction, transportation, machinery, and vehicle industries. Using hot-rolled steel strips as raw material, it produces round and rectangular pipes of required specifications through cold bending and high-frequency welding methods.
The production line employs mature, reliable, and economically efficient processes to ensure product quality, cost-effectiveness, and competitive consumption metrics. The resulting pipes offer exceptional quality-to-price ratio.
The process involves opening and leveling steel plates after longitudinal cutting, then feeding them into the forming machine. Using fully automated flexible forming with precise control, the steel plate is bent into circular pipes using rollers. The pipes are pre-welded with gas shielded welding, then undergo submerged arc welding for inner and outer welds offline. Final steps include water pressure testing, flat head chamfering, weld and pipe body inspection to produce qualified submerged arc welded pipes.

All products carry a one-year warranty from delivery date against defects in materials and workmanship. Normal wear and tear are not covered.
